Why might I need healing?

There is much research on stress related illness, which is exactly what we want to avoid. Our environment; the food that we eat; people that we surround ourselves with and our own inner dialogue can all influence wellness (3). If you're tired; irritable; consumed by emotions; or are experiencing physical symptoms, it might be that you need some support to restore inner harmony. Sometimes people visit me whilst they are experiencing a difficult time, others enjoy healing as a regular practice for their well-being. Whether it's your first time to explore a complementary practice alongside mainstream healthcare, or you are revisiting something that you’ve felt the benefits of in the past, you're very welcome and all that is required is an open mind.


Please note that my healing practice is NOT an alternative to medical treatment, though healing can support it.
