About me

Since childhood, I've been very empathic and able to connect with people deeply. I've spent over 20 years working as a registered nurse in the NHS, private and commercial healthcare sectors. In that time, I developed special interests in: Plastic and Reconstructive surgery; Wound Care; Sleep and Respiratory medicine and Gastrostomy care for patients requiring nutritional support. Having spent over a decade in the field of wound care alone, involved in the management of life and limb threatening soft-tissue and bone injuries, I’ve had a particular interest in the process of healing since my early career. As my personal journey has unfolded, and professional experience has accrued, I’ve come to realise the value of holistic care where all facets of the self are nourished, ie. mind, body and soul. Energy therapies are increasingly becoming an accepted complementary practice to mainstream medicine and I'm incredibly passionate about my healing practice for the calming benefits that many clients report.

I became aware of my sensitivities to unseen energy several years ago and embarked on a journey to study the craft of Spiritual Healing at the Harry Edwards Healing College. In all of my years of caring for others clinically, I had for the first time discovered a profound truth, authenticity and deep purpose whilst engaged in healing practice as a complementary therapist.
